How does technical support work?
You’ll have access to a dedicated support channel to answer questions and resolve any technical issues. When necessary, our team can also schedule an on-site technical visit to ensure that Saúde Anima TV is working properly.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is made directly using the credit card on file, in 12 interest-free installments. The contract term is 12 months.
In the first month, you will be charged the R$ 450 installation fee, plus the monthly fee for your selected plan. Starting in the second month, only the monthly plan fee will be charged.
How long is the full programming cycle?

Cada ponto contratado corresponde a um aparelho. Portanto, se sua clínica possui mais de uma TV e deseja utilizar a Saúde Anima TV simultaneamente em diferentes telas, é necessário contratar pontos adicionais.

Can I change or update the information displayed on my TV?
Yes. Regardless of the plan you choose, the programming is updated monthly, ensuring that the content displayed remains fresh and relevant to your patients.
Qual é o prazo para ativação da Saúde Anima TV?
Activation takes up to 30 days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your practice’s location and the conditions required to install the equipment.
What happens if my internet connection goes down?
No worries. Once the programming has been updated, the content is stored on the device and will continue playing normally even without an internet connection.
The programming runs on a continuous loop, ensuring uninterrupted playback until the internet connection is restored.
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes. You can change your plan after the 12-month term of your current plan has ended.
To request a change, contact our team at least one month before your contract renewal date so we can guide you through the available options.
Is payment monthly or annual?
The contract term is 12 months, with the total plan amount divided into 12 credit card installments.
This means payments are made in installments, while the contract itself remains valid for 12 months.
What content is included in my programming?
All plans include our core programming and TV customization featuring your practice’s visual identity.
In addition to our health content playlist, your programming may include other features such as weather updates, UOL News, your practice’s own videos, and integration with your Instagram account.

Can I cancel my contract at any time?
A contratação da Saúde Anima TV tem duração de 12 meses. Caso o cancelamento seja solicitado antes do término desse período, será necessário devolver o aparelho e seus respectivos acessórios.
Mesmo com a devolução do equipamento, as parcelas continuarão sendo cobradas no cartão de crédito até o cumprimento dos 12 meses contratados.
Can I request video editing?
Yes. The number of video edits available depends on your selected plan.
Video editing is available only with the Exclusive and Enterprise plans.
